Founder and President of gear consulting firm, specializing in gear metrology, quality, and gear noise and vibration control.  Over 140 clients, including firms such as; Harley Davidson, Kirby Co., Eastman Kodak, General Motors, Fridgidaire, Polaroid, Caterpillar, Xerox, Tektronix, GE Appliances, Stanley Mfg. Co., Invacare, Raymond Fork Trucks, Bombardier Transportation, and Idaho Power Co.  Applications cover all types of gearing from tiny camera gears to large hydroelectric plant drive gears.  Have presented several seminars on gear quality, inspection, and transmission error and noise control.
